Designing for PARADE- a private label direct-to-consumer intimate apparel brand:
Led the Intimate Apparel design department at Parade through a period of rapid growth and transformation, including the company’s acquisition. Drove creative strategy, product development, and brand storytelling for a Gen-Z–focused, digitally native brand while fostering a collaborative, innovative design culture. Expanded the assortment beyond core underwear into sleepwear and structured bras, identifying new category opportunities rooted in evolving consumer needs.
Oversaw the full lifecycle of the business—from concept and creative direction through product execution, sales strategy, and retail partnerships—ensuring cohesive storytelling and market relevance. Partnered cross-functionally to align design with business growth initiatives and led strategic collaborations with major retailers including Target and Walmart, as well as culturally impactful partnerships ranging from independent artists to global brands such as Coca-Cola.
